The apartment Geranio has two rooms with a matrimonial bed, two bathrooms, one fully equipped kitchen with with gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker with filter, cutlery, dishes, pots. In a room there is also a bunk-bed.
Are provided the linens for bed and bath.
The apartment is also equipped with  the heating system but not with the cooling system; this is not a problem, because the position and the structure of the building assure a comfortable temperature also in the summer.
There is also the SAT Television set and the LAN Internet connection.
On the lawn in front of the apartment with a wonderful overlooking to the lake are available a private table with six chairs and a porch swing.
The maximum capacity is six persons.

Price 2024

Services included
Electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels, use of high chairs and cots, internet, final cleaning.

Services NOT included
Firewood for barbecue and everything that is not listed under the heading “Services included”.
Change of sheets and towels: 10 €.

Other services and costs
Half board: 33 € per day, per person.
Only breakfast: 12 € per day, per person.
Heating: 10 € per day.
Tourist tax: 1 € per day and per Person (Excluded age under 14 years).
Only small dogs: 5 € per day.

Cancellation policy
No penalty for cancellations up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
After this deadline penalty equal to the total amount of the advance paid.
If the customer decides to leave before the scheduled date, the entire agreed amount must be paid.
Upon arrival, a deposit of € 100 will be required, which will be returned upon departure, after a check of the integrity of the apartment.
