Behind the Geranio apartment there is a double room with private bathroom.
Are provided the linens for bed and bath.
The apartment is also equipped with the heating system but not with the cooling system; this is not a problem, because the position and the structure of the building assure a comfortable temperature also in the summer.
There is also the SAT Television set and the LAN Internet connection.
The maximum capacity is two persons.

Change of sheets and towels: 10 €.

Half board: 33 € per day, per person.
Only breakfast: 12 € per day, per person.
Heating: 10 € per day.
Tourist tax: 1 € per Day and per Person (Excluded age under 14 years).
Only small dogs: 5,00 € per day.

Cancellation policy
No penalty for cancellations up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
After this deadline penalty equal to the total amount of the advance paid.
If the customer decides to leave before the scheduled date, the entire agreed amount must be paid.
Upon arrival, a deposit of € 100 will be required, which will be returned upon departure, after a check of the integrity of the apartment.
